FAQ
Questions, answered
What agencies, consultancies and in-house teams ask before they hand anything over. If yours is not here, ask it directly — including when the answer is no.
The Short Version
You keep the client. We keep the work moving.
Most engagements are one defined workstream rather than a whole project, delivered in your template with no attribution. If we are not the right firm for something, we will tell you on the first call.

01
Working together
Yes, and it is the default rather than an arrangement you have to ask for. Findings come back in your template, your tone and your file structure, with no ELUM attribution unless you want it.
That is the most common way we work, and the easiest place to start. Plenty of engagements are one defined task — a source map, a competitor set, forty interviews, or a single section of a report you need drafted.
Not through anything we do. Deliverables carry your name and your branding, and we never contact your client or join your calls uninvited. In practice a client only finds out if you tell them.
Usually one to three weeks to start, and quoted per workstream after a short call rather than sold as a retainer. If the date is not achievable we will say so before taking it on.
02
Data & confidentiality
Yes, and it is usually the better option, since your client may require terms they have already approved. Send yours and we will sign, in most cases the same day, and nothing substantive moves before it is in place.
An NDA comes before any project information moves, storage is isolated to that engagement, and access is limited to the researchers assigned to it. We never reuse it in unrelated work or cite it as a case study without written permission.
In a single access-restricted project folder for that engagement, not in personal storage or a shared drive. If your client’s IT policy requires a specific platform or region, tell us before we start and we will say whether we can work inside it.
You keep everything that was delivered, including the source pack. Our working files — transcripts, interim tables, notes — are deleted on your request, and within thirty days of hand-off either way. We will confirm that in writing.
03
Coverage & scope
Fifty-plus markets directly, with research across more than a hundred countries and twenty-plus industry verticals. English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin run in-house; beyond that we work with vetted local researchers.
Yes, and it is often the finding that changes the recommendation. Municipal licensing records, local distribution channels, community-level attitudes and sub-sector trade flows are routine for us, not exceptions — and no panel can return them.
Every material figure is checked against a second, independent source before it reaches the output. Where two disagree we show the range and explain the gap rather than quietly picking the more convenient number.
Tell us the question rather than matching it to a list. The services page is what we do most, not a limit on what we can do — and if it genuinely is not something we are right for, we will point you at someone who is.
Still Open
Still have a question?
Ask it. A tight deadline, a difficult market, a brief you are not sure is researchable — that is exactly the conversation worth having before you commit anything.
Next Step
Skimmed past the answer you needed?
Send the question, the market and the deadline. You will hear back from the person who would run the work, not a form response.
